If you click the Send button multiple times, multiple SMS will be sent and multiple SMS credit will be deducted. Hence we always recommend user to click send button only once.
After you click on Send button and the page is not responding, please check and ensure your internet connection is stable.
If your message has been sent, you can be found it at “Message History > SMS Messages > Sent Items”.
For administrator, you can view it at “Application Message History > SMS Messages > Sent Items”.
If you have scheduled a message to be sent later, you can be found it at “Message History > SMS Messages > Outbox".
