The system allows up to three attempts of unsuccessful password entry before the account is locked. To unlock the account, please contact your organisation's administrator and request for your account to be unlocked.
Tip: When the account is locked, you are unable to Reset Password. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, it is recommended that you perform a password reset on your own to reduce the need to request your administrator to unlock your account.
