Do I need to include “+65” follow by the mobile number when I send out SMS ?

The system has a capability of auto appending the country code based on the default country of the registered organisation with us.

• If your organisation is registered in Singapore and you are sending to Singapore mobile numbers, you can leave out the 65. You may continue to append 65. We request all symbols or spaces to be removed from any lists that you are intending to import into the address book.
• However, do note that if you are sending to recipients in other countries, it is recommended to always append the country code
