Manage Public Templates

This is an Admin function.  It allows the administrator to create and maintain regularly used SMS templates for the organisation's users.

  • A Public Template is a SMS template that all users can access and use for their messaging purpose.
  • Public template can only be added & deleted by the Administrators.
  • General Users can only append Public Template to their personal message content.

Note: Templates created by users cannot be shared. If user like to share regularly used templates, please request your administrator to add the template in under the Manage Public Templates section
