Easishare Outlook Plugin password protect zip file give error when extract in Windows 7, 8, 10

When we are using Easishare Outlook Plugin and create password protect zip file and send it like below

Then the recipient trying to extract the password protect zip file using default windows unzip tools it will give error (0x80004005) like below

The error was because default unzip function in Windows 7, 8, 10 Enterprise does not support 256bit AES unzip encryption. The only solution is we need to use 3rd party (7-zip, winrar etc) to extract it.
