I could not access EasiShare from my device, despite my account's status is "Active" in CAWEB

Sometimes the device that the user is using to access EasiShare might have been locked, causing the user to not be able to access EasiShare.

To check the status of the user's device, please go to:

CAWEB >User Management > affected User (Double-click)> Devices


> Devices


If the device's status is "Pending Wipe" or "Wiped", ES administrator can unlock the device by clicking the "unlocked lock" icon on the top right corner.
