Why am I unable to set the number of file upload attempts when I submit upload requests?

EasiShare supports setting the number of file upload attempts when you submit upload requests. 

This is how it works if the settings are enabled:

1. Select "Advanced Options" to show more settings for file upload request
2. Turn on the no. of attempts & indicate the number you wish to limit

If you are not able to turn on the "No. of attempts", the "number of file upload attempts" policy settings could have been disabled by your EasiShare Administrator. 

Note: Policies can be set up by your EasiShare administrator who may decide what is allowed or not allowed for the users in the organisation.
